Finding partners
As much effort should go into starting the engagement as would go into building strategic partnerships. Finding the right partners for you is our job; supporting and guiding the conversation is the way we add value.
We are proactive with our research: there’s a completeness and diligence to our process meaning we not only have breadth of coverage, but we understand the intent and financial viability of an opportunity before we put it on the table. Building strategic partnerships requires looking beyond the short term outcome, and we build relationships with key decision makers early on so that we truly understand what they are looking for.
This approach makes it possible for us to bring unique perspectives to the discussion, as we will often have engaged with the potential partner organisations for some time.
Drive to improve
Staying true to our model enables a consistent approach: we seek out opportunities that deliver and we do not hesitate to go beyond the conventional in order to find it, wherever it exists. We then overlay this with our knowledge of the market and our capability pool, honing our search process so that the right people end up working on the projects relevant to them.
We understand not just market needs of our clients, but their challenges as well. Developing deep, meaningful and ultimately long-term relationships with our clients allows us to be more effective in terms of refining what we put in front of them, in our ability to be an extension of them in the market, and most importantly, as a partner in how we work together in delivering strategic partnerships.

Long-term focus
Finding and delivering opportunities is only the beginning. An institution’s success also depends on their ability to develop its own understanding and teams, to create environments which allow for strengthened engagement in markets. Broadening the team understanding is just a start, but equal thought and commitment is required to determine how best to utilise in-house ideas and Prospectus International’s intel and reach to build scalable models.

Some opportunities to get you started
We are full of ideas and opportunities. But here are some of the things that we are already having success with that you might think about.
Dual degrees
Dual degrees can take a number of forms. However, for the purposes of structuring collaboration with Indian and overseas institutions, Dual Degrees are best understood as the outcome of two different institutions co-operating to produce a single educational programme that enables both institutions to award, concurrently, their own degree.
Drawing on our extensive network of leading universities we are developing partnerships with Indian and overseas institutions, offering bespoke dual degrees that are compliant with UGC regulations. These Dual Degrees deliver high quality students and outcomes while retaining the integrity of both university’s qualifications. They also provide a structures framework for further collaboration.

Phd research platform
The PhD Research Platform provides the ideal way to develop rich and enduring research collaboration with Indian universities while also providing access to some of the country’s leading young minds.
Connecting overseas universities with India’s best research institutions in carefully focused areas, the platform provides the opportunity to attract the best talent into a dual programme that has joint supervision, shared research outputs and the opportunity to extend beyond doctoral studies to long term research collaboration.
